The Burlington Art Centre has several meeting rooms available for rent for your business or social event. The Shoreline/Rotary LakeshoreRoom, with a view of the lake, seats 200 and our cozy Fireside Lounge seats 40. The BAC also houses a magnificent conservatory suitable for your special occasion photographs.
Rental rates are reasonable and corporate members of the Burlington Art Centre enjoy a weekday discount. A 15% discount is extended to nonprofit and community organizations. This applies to Monday to Thursday or Friday daytime rentals only.

Policies and Procedures

The following are a few of the Burlington Art Centre's policies and procedures concerning Room Rentals for your special occasion.

• The Burlington Art Centre will set up your rented room, as directed by you, with six foot rectangular tables.
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted, subject to Fire Regulations and the Liquor Licensing Act. & must be supplied and served by the caterer.
• Open flame candles are not permitted in the Burlington Art Centre due to Fire Regulations. Candles may be used only when contained in a glass chimney or similar type enclosure.
• The use of confetti or glitter is prohibited. Its use will result in the loss of your deposit.
